How is the Ride Systems experience?
My Name Is Chris Cameron, Owner and Operator of Camtec Customs. My experience with the team at Ride Systems and the product has been a great experience. The customer Service is AWESOME! And I am one to be picky when it comes to customer service.
I oversee roughly 50 vehicles equipped with the Ride Systems GPS tracking systems for three separate companies. The customer feedback has been great. Any customer suggestions are fed back to the team at Ride Systems who make any necessary adjustments within a day. Awesome job team Ride Systems.

Live Maps
The Live Map shows the current location of all vehicles on route. Vehicle locations are updated every few seconds. Route and vehicle icons are color-coordinated for easy identification.
Mobile App
The mobile app includes access to the same great features available on the website including vehicle and route information location, ETAs, important announcements, viewing of multiple routes simultaneously, and locating the user’s location. Available on iOS and Android.
Text Message Alerts
Text message alerts allow a user to receive a reply text with bus arrival time estimates. Passengers simply send request text using the bus stop keyword and a response will generate within a few seconds.
Administrative Maps
The administrative map provides administrators access to view all vehicles in the fleet. Enhanced reporting services allow for tracking and reporting of vehicle performance including history, location, and speed.
Live Display Monitors
The live GPS tracking map is customized for optimal use on live display monitors connected to the Internet. Vehicle locations, route information, and announcements are displayed for riders.
